What is Lebana Academy?
Lebana Academy is the education arm of Rarebuild, educating the heart and minds of learners in a cultured, creative, and vibrant community that prizes godliness, purposeful living, responsibility, value, and fruitfulness until the full image of Christ is formed in them. Our mission is to raise people with purity of spirit, clarity of purpose, and quality of life.
Who is Lebana Academy for?
The Academy works through the School for Life and School for Futures to serve individuals (Children, Teenagers, Young adults, and Adults) who are lifelong learners; leaders (Church and Nations); administrators; and the institutions they serve. In some learning tracks, we further customize each learner’s direction after a series of one-on-one sessions. Our services cut across every walk of life.

School for Life covers foundational areas of Personal Life and Family Life, as well as Restorative (Spiritual, Economic, Socio-Cultural, and Well-being), Discipleship (Meeting, Walking, and Working with God), and Redemptive Leadership (Church, Country, and Corporation) areas of expression in life.
School for Futures integrates every learning of Lebana Life Curriculum into the formal educational structures to form a new specialized curriculum designed to raise godly, purposeful, and faithful stewards of the future. It also features specialized curricula that address learning in preparation for the future outside regular education structures.

Is Lebana Academy affiliated with a particular Church or denomination?
Lebana Academy is the education arm of Rarebuild, a kingdom mission-centred organization serving as a strategic response to the Church of Christ and its people, for alignment to God and His Kingdom, while preparing the Church for the coming of the LORD. It is not affiliated with any Church or denomination. All our content is explicitly Bible-based and Christ-like life-oriented.
How do I contact Lebana Academy with a general question?
For questions about programs, schedules, or course content, send us an email at: info@lebana.rarebuild.org. You can also reach us by phone at +234 708 677 1128.
How do I create an account?
Go to the Student Registration page on the learning portal and provide your first name, last name, a username, your email address, and a password. Once submitted, you can log in right away from the dashboard.
Do I need to apply or be approved before enrolling?
No formal application or admissions interview is required to register or to enroll in the currently published courses. Registration is self-service; if a future program requires an application step, we will indicate it on that course page.
How do I enroll in a course once I have an account?
Log in, go to the COURSES page, and open the course you want. All paid courses show a “Buy Now” button that takes you through checkout before granting access. Free courses are always available on the Homepage for anyone with a registered account.
What’s the difference between a free course and a paid course?
Free courses give instant access without payment. Paid courses require a completed purchase before the content unlocks on your dashboard.
Can I access a course from a phone, or do I need a computer?
The learning portal is a website, so it works on any device with a modern browser: phone, tablet, or computer. Lesson videos stream, so a stable internet connection matters more than the device you use.
I forgot my password or cannot log in. What do I do?
Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login panel, which takes you to the password-retrieval page to reset it by email. If you still cannot get in, contact technical support (see below).
Can I switch from one course to another?
Enrollment is per course, so there’s nothing to “switch.” You can simply enroll in any additional course from the Courses page whenever you’re ready; your existing enrollments are unaffected. However, we implore you to start with the Foundation Life Program because our programs are systematically designed to help you navigate your learning in the most orderly and progressive manner.
Who do I contact if I have an enrollment-specific problem?
Email admissions@lebana.rarebuild.org for help registering, choosing a program, or understanding the requirements for a specific course.
What is the class schedule like (full-time, part-time, evenings, weekends)?
We offer flexible schedules to accommodate students, working professionals, and career-changers. We make learning available to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Learners have the luxury of choice. Whenever a LIVE class is needed, we will announce it.
Do you offer online, in-person, or hybrid learning?
Depending on the program, we offer fully in-person, fully online, or hybrid delivery. Hands-on vocational skills (when necessary) are usually taught in person or through supervised practicals, while theory may be delivered online.
How many hours per week should I expect to commit?
This varies by program intensity, including scheduled class/practical time, plus additional time for independent study or practice. Most importantly, we advise you to be consistent with your commitment.
What happens if I miss a LIVE class?
Missed sessions may be made up through recorded lectures, make-up sessions, peer notes, or catch-up support, depending on how essential the missed content is. However, excessive absences may affect certification eligibility.
Can I switch between schedules or formats mid-program?
Often yes, subject to space availability and program structure. Speak with your program coordinator as early as possible to arrange a switch.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a program?
Yes. Each course tracks your progress and includes an assessment after most lessons. A certificate applies to the course you are taking.
How is my progress tracked while going through a course?
Courses are broken into modules and short video lessons; a brief assessment follows most lessons. Your dashboard on the learning portal shows which lessons and assessments you have completed as you move through a program.
Are there assessments or exams within each course?
Yes. Nearly every lesson in the published courses is paired with its own short assessment, a continuous, lesson-by-lesson model rather than one large final exam.
What do the course “levels” (e.g., Intermediate) mean?
Each course is tagged with a level. For example, the Foundation Family Program is currently marked “Intermediate.” This generally indicates the material’s depth rather than a strict prerequisite. The course description explains who the track is designed for, by age, life stage, or calling.
Is Lebana Academy’s certification recognized by other institutions?
Lebana Academy presents itself as a life-focused academy rather than a formally certificate-based institution. To us, our learners are our certificate and proof that anyone has the capacity and the resources to live a purposeful life as ordained by God. This is why we invest in delivering all our programs and courses to you in the best way possible. We hope that other institutions recognize you as the solution bearers of nations and the future.
What do I need (device/internet) to take a Lebana Academy course?
Just a device with a modern web browser phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop and a stable internet connection capable of streaming videos and audio, since lessons are delivered as videos and audio, well optimized to serve the most basic requirements.
Why won’t a lesson video or audio play?
This is usually a connectivity or browser issue rather than an account issue. Try refreshing the page, switching browsers, checking your internet connection, or turning off AD-blockers that might be blocking the embedded player. If the problem continues, report it to technical support.
I completed a lesson or assessment, but it isn’t showing as complete. What should I check?
Confirm you’re logged into the same account you enrolled with, and that you actually submitted the assessment (rather than only watching the video) before expecting it to register. If it still doesn’t show, contact technical support with the course and lesson name.
Can I turn off the push-notification pop-up?
Yes, when the “Enable Notifications” prompt appears, choose “Never” (or dismiss it) if you don’t want browser push notifications for site activity. You can also manage this later in your browser’s site-notification settings.
Who do I contact for technical or login issues?
Email techsupport@lebana.rarebuild.org with a description of the issue, the course you were in, and a screenshot if you can provide one.
